US Domestic Shipping

We ship orders 1-2 times per week from the state of Arizona. Orders shipped within the U.S. normally arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note, our processing times vary according to the time of year. For time-sensitive orders, please allow a generous amount of time in consideration of processing and shipping.

International Shipping

At the moment, we do not ship internationally. If you live out of the U.S. and want to make a request for our candles, please email us at tripandhendy@gmail.com.

Processing Times

For the most part, all orders throughout the year will be processed within 7 days. The only exception is during the holiday season where it can take up to 12 days to process an order. Again, please be prepared for this delay during these busy periods.

Returns

Once an order has been shipped, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Terms of Use

Your purchase validates your agreement to Trip & Hendy’s terms of use.

Buyer Agreement

  • You as the customer have the right to make an informed decision prior to purchase. Your purchase demonstrates your absolute assumption of liability.

  • Customer agrees to use our products for their intended purpose only.

  • Customer agrees to our shipping policy.

  • Customer agrees they have provided a correct and secure mailing address at the time of placing an order.

  • Customer agrees not to hold Trip & Hendy Candle Co. responsible in the case of a lost or damaged parcel by USPS.

  • Trip & Hendy Candle Co. will not be held responsible if the tracking number indicates the shipment was marked as “delivered” by USPS.

  • You as the customer are responsible for filing an insurance claim for a refund through USPS.

  • Customer agrees not to hold Trip & Hendy responsible for any fees that incur for Domestic or International shipments.

  • Trip & Hendy Candle Co. assumes no responsibility for the improper use of these products. Your purchase from tripandhendy.com waives, without exception, your right to hold us liable in any way for the misuse of our products.

  • You are agreeing to indemnify and hold Trip & Hendy Candle Co. harmless from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, penalties, fines, costs and/or expenses arising from, or relating, to any injury, illness, or harm caused by the use of our products.

  • The information on our website is intended to provide general information regarding our products and is not to be construed as medical advice or instruction.

  • All customers, Domestic and International, agree that you are solely responsible for following your own State's/Country’s regulations regarding the products you purchase.

  • No discount code can be applied after purchase.

  • Discounts codes apply to subtotal and cannot be combined with other discounts.

  • Orders cannot be changed after purchase.

  • Refunds can only be made before your purchase has been shipped. Please contact us to cancel your order.
