What kind of wax are these candles made from?

All of our candles are made from Paraffin wax, which was first produced in 1830 by Carl Reichenbach. It provides a more consistent and clean burn and allows us to offer our candles at an affordable price.

What kind of wick do you use?

100% cotton wick.

Are these candles non-toxic?

Yes. These candles are non-toxic and safe to burn. Never leave a flame unattended especially around young children and animals.

Do Trip & Hendy candles have a scent?

No, these candles do not have a scent.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 3-5 business days after checkout. We are located in a small town in the mountains of Southern Arizona, please be patient with our shipping times and plan ahead if you are looking to purchase candles as a gift.

Do you offer custom candle orders?

If you are looking for a specific color combination and/or size of candle, please send an e-mail to tripandhendy@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate your request.

Can I order your candles in bulk for my brick and mortar shop?

Yes! We love offering our candles in different shops and boutiques. Please inquire at tripandhendy@gmail.com if you are interested in making a bulk order of candles.

How long will it take to receive a reply about an order?

Because we are a small business, please be patient and allow 1-2 business days for a written response. If it is an emergency, we will do our best to get to your request ASAP.

Can I pick up my order?

If you are local, you can pick up your candles directly from us! Reach out to tripandhendy@gmail.com to set this up. At checkout, select ‘pick-up’ option in shipping settings. You can also find our candles in Bisbee, Arizona storefronts ACACIA Collectibles and Vulcan Pottery.
